Our journey didn’t begin with the Cedar Bound you see today.

It started with the dream of a luxury glamping retreat in northern Minnesota. We did the work, we crafted the business plan, we bought the land, we took the right steps, and after many, many months of everything being on-track, our project ran into some unexpected red tape.

It was a pivotal moment: Do we continue to push against a closed door? Or, do we listen to our hearts — the voice that said “Hey! What if you took your crazy unique design and made it accessible for anyone, anywhere?”

So that’s what we did.

And we’ve never looked back.

We now offer our unique design as buildable kits, available worldwide. We’re so excited to see these spaces come to life as private getaways, vacation rentals, glamping havens, and more!
